Refund policy

If the product is damaged

We are sorry if the product you receive is damaged. Please send an email to info@prohealthhk.com within 7 days of purchase and attach photos of the damaged product, and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.


Return processing time

We will process your return as quickly as possible, and we will process your refund within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned product. If you have not received a refund after 3 days of returning the product, please contact us at info@prohealthhk.com and provide proof of the postage information from the return receipt and we will investigate further.



Track return status

When we receive your return, you will receive a receipt confirmation via email. When a refund is arranged, you will also receive a refund confirmation notification via email. Please note that the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
